I'd like to share with you 4 common speech habits that you want to avoid using when you speak in public, and one helpful way to improve your speech awareness that you can do today.

Our speech habits are deeply personal and rooted in our communication style. One habit for me is upspeak/uptalk, because I’m a born and raised California girl, Ok?

These speech habits are not inherently “bad” or “wrong”, in fact they can be what makes you distinct. The key is to use them in moderation so that they don’t dominate your speaking style.
