A softer way to build speaking confidence this year
Hello, lovely voice,
As we step into a new year, I’ve been thinking a lot about what real confidence actually looks like when it comes to speaking.
Not louder.
Not more polished.
Not perfect.
Real confidence is being present in your body and behind yourself when you speak, even when your voice shakes a little, even when you pause, even when you say “um.”
That’s why, in late January, I’m opening a very small online group training for women who want to feel calmer, clearer, and more supported when they speak, at work, in conversations, and in moments that matter.
This isn’t about fixing your voice. It’s about trusting it.
Inside the Love Your Voice 2026 Small Group Training, we’ll practice:
speaking without overthinking
getting out of the perfection trap
finding your natural rhythm and presence
showing up as yourself, not who you think you should be.
We’ll meet live on Zoom in a private group (max eight women) and focus on real-life speaking: conversations, presentations, and moments when you want to feel more grounded and confident.
If this feels like something your voice has been asking for, you can learn more here:

I’ll be sharing more soon, but for now, know this:
You don’t need to become someone else to be a confident speaker. You get to become more yourself.
Stay calm & speak on,
Jessica
P.S. A few women have already raised their hands, and I’m keeping this group intentionally small so everyone gets support and practice.
