Hello Lovelies,

My next public speaking workshop is for an international corporation to help professional women speak more powerfully and assertively, and I am pumped!

One of the most requested topics among these professional women is how to handle interrupters during meetings.

I want to share my workshop research and preparation with you here at Love Your Voice so you can handle interruptions and not let them throw you off your A-game.

I agree with the late and great Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, who said, “Women belong in all places where decisions are being made. It shouldn't be that women are the exception.”

How can we ensure our voices are heard and taken seriously in every room?

There are two main types of interrupters: Intrusive and Affiliative Interrupters.
