You can shift your communication purpose from “me” to “we” to feel more confident when you speak.

Speaking on behalf of others gets us out of our heads and helps us feel more motivated.

I exude more confidence when I speak on behalf of my children, clients, or a cause that feels larger than me, like supporting women to speak up and use their voices to make positive change.

As a solopreneur business owner, enforcing my vocal studio policies is important but not always easy. It can feel oddly personal to discuss a cancellation policy.

I recently shifted away from “my studio policy” to “our studio policy” and I feel more self-assured speaking as “my studio” rather than just Lil’ old me.

We can speak on behalf of our ancestors who are no longer with us or for future generations yet to come.
