The Insightful Observer: thoughtful, detail-oriented, great at noticing what others miss, but sometimes holds back from speaking up.
The Mindful Connector: warm, empathetic, and skilled at building trust, but may avoid hard conversations.
The Fabulous Facilitator: inclusive, collaborative, able to bring people together, but sometimes struggles with sharing their own opinion.
The Outspoken Leader: bold, direct, and confident in leading the room, but may risk overpowering others if not careful.
Each archetype comes with strengths and challenges. By recognizing your style, you can lean into your natural gifts and work on the areas that hold you back.
